The fitness industry is growing every day and with so much information out there it can be a bit overwhelming to try and sift through it all and piece together bits and pieces of programming and nutrition; not to mention doing so while enjoying it and seeing results!
Through Mindful Muscle I am able to offer a variety of services depending on your needs, including online training, one on one training and nutrition coaching. I hope to offer so much more than a regurgitated meal plan paired with a list of exercises. My goal is to teach you how to be mindful when it comes to the food you eat, the style and execution of the training that you do and the mindset you carry with you throughout all of it. A passionate , sustainable, science based approach to improving body composition, optimizing technique and enhancing nutrition.
As much as I would love to work with each and every one of you, for many reasons that isn't possible #momlife . The full Mindful Muscle website launch is coming soon, but in the meantime, that brings us here, to this blog.
When you are passionate about something ( or somethings) it can become truly unbearable to have all these ideas bouncing around in your head with seemingly nowhere to go. I am so thankful to be able to start this little passion project and start sharing with you all. There is nothing that gives me so much joy as to watch people become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves; and to be able to be a part of that in some way. Follow along as I share ways to improve your training, tap into a positive mindset , mom life, step by step plant based recipes with macros and so much more. I hope that I can provide some motivation, laughs and the answer to that age old question- where do you get your protein?
